The FD511G-X dual-mode ONT is one of the designs of the GPON / EPON optical network unit to meet the requirements of the broadband access network. Applies to FTTH / FTTO to provide data and video service based on the GPON / EPON network.
The FD511G-X provides a self-adapting Ethernet port from GE, with support for two adaptive GPON and EPON modes, which can quickly and effectively distinguish between GPON and EPON systems, for normal operation in the current system. The FD511G-X has high performance forwarding capabilities to ensure an excellent experience with Internet services and HD video.
Therefore, the FD511G-X provides a perfect terminal solution and future-oriented service support features for FTTH deployment. It has good compatibility with third parties to work with third party OLTs, such as Huawei / ZTE / Fiberhome / Alcatel-Lucent.
