Ubiquiti Resale Policy Agreement (Required)

As part of Ubiquiti’s authorized distribution policy, Flytec Computers Inc. requires you to acknowledge and agree to the following conditions before completing this order:

• You may not sell Ubiquiti products to online-only U.S. e-commerce retailers (including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay, Newegg, or marketplace-only sellers).
• You may sell on your own website and through platforms that are connected to a physical retail location.
• This policy is issued directly by Ubiquiti. Violations are monitored through MAC address tracking and may result in a suspension of product access.
• Continued purchasing of Ubiquiti products from Flytec is contingent on strict adherence to this policy.
