If you need to cancel an order, please email, we can only guarantee the cancellation request of your order if:

  • The item is on hold

  • Has not been shipped yet

  • Is not yet in the processing stage.

if your order was placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday through Sunday, and we receive your cancellation request by 6:00 AM (EST) on Monday we will accept the cancellation request.

Note: There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders cancelled after shipment.
