The HyperLink Wireless HG2458-4SDC-6 series 2.4 GHz/5.8GHz MIMO antennas feature six independent antenna elements in a single package. The antenna is omni-directional for improved coverage in large areas. The unit is designed for use with access points and routers with up to six antenna ports for spatial diversity. The spatially diverse elements allow the radios to select the antennas with the best signal quality.
Designed for indoor operations, the HG2458-4SDC-6 features a compact radome permitting mounting in many areas where space is at a premium for the antenna. This allows the antenna to be positioned for optimal performance. The HG2458-4SDC-6 has great appeal for office, health facilities, educational settings, industrial sites, and retail complexes, all where broad area coverage is demanded. In additional to being compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n applications, the HG2458-4SDC-6 can be used with IEEE 802.11ac applications which provides up to 1 Gbps wireless transmissions as well as 80 MHz channel bandwidth.
