L-com HMA1-NMA10 Magnetic NMO Antenna Mount with 10 ft Cable
The L-com HMA1-NMA10 combines a magnetic NMO antenna base with 10 feet of black, low-loss 195-series coaxial cable terminated in an N male connector. It provides a removable mounting and cable-feed solution for compatible mobile antennas.
The magnetic base includes a rubber gasket and is intended for applications where antenna portability matters. Typical uses include service vehicles, public transportation, public safety and industrial fleets. Select a compatible NMO antenna and verify the radio connection before ordering.

Mounting and Placement
The magnetic base allows the antenna assembly to be repositioned without a permanent through-panel installation. Confirm that the mounting surface provides adequate magnetic retention and satisfies the selected antenna's ground-plane requirements.
Route the cable with sufficient clearance and strain relief. Avoid locations where doors, windows or moving components could pinch or damage the cable.
Antenna and Radio Connections
The antenna attaches to the NMO interface on the base. The cable's N male connector connects to an appropriate mating N female RF interface. These are different connection points and should be checked separately.
Operating bands, gain and supported radio services depend on the selected antenna and the complete RF system. The mount does not provide antenna gain or signal amplification.

Important: Confirm antenna ground-plane requirements, radio frequency coverage, impedance, transmitter power and the radio-side connector before installation. Magnetic mounting also requires a suitable surface and adequate retention for the intended operating conditions.
The N male cable termination does not connect directly to SMA, RP-SMA, TNC or RP-TNC interfaces. Any required adapter must be selected for the complete RF application.
