MikroTik SXT LTE7 kit Outdoor LTE CPE
The MikroTik SXT LTE7 kit is a rugged outdoor LTE CPE built for remote and hard-to-reach locations that still have cellular coverage. It uses the R11e-LTE7 LTE Category 7 modem to deliver up to 300 Mbps downlink and 100 Mbps uplink, helping improve stability and responsiveness in both crowded and rural LTE networks.
This unit combines two 10/100 Ethernet ports, PoE-in on Ether1, Passive PoE-out on Ether2, and two Micro-SIM slots for backup mobile options. It runs RouterOS v7, supports a wide 12-57 V PoE-in input range, and keeps the compact SXT form factor for practical outdoor mounting.
Carrier Aggregation and LTE Coverage
The Category 7 modem supports carrier aggregation, allowing the SXT LTE7 kit to use multiple LTE bands at the same time for better responsiveness and stronger performance where signal conditions are weaker or where many mobile users share the same tower. Expanded LTE band support includes Band 28 and Band 32 for broader deployment flexibility.
Outdoor Deployment and Power Flexibility
The SXT LTE7 kit keeps the established SXT enclosure and is described by MikroTik as weatherproof/snow-resistant, unobtrusive, and durable. Its power design supports simpler field installs with 802.3af/at PoE-in, Passive PoE-out up to 57V, and a shipped 24 V power supply.
