The Ubiquiti U6+-US UniFi U6+ is a compact dual-band WiFi 6 access point designed for small and medium-sized businesses, offices, retail locations, hospitality environments, classrooms, and residential UniFi deployments.

With four total spatial streams, 2x2 MU-MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and a maximum 5 GHz wireless data rate of up to 2.4 Gbps, the U6+ delivers efficient wireless performance for modern laptops, smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, and other WiFi 6 clients.

The access point is designed to cover approximately 1,500 ft² / 140 m² and can support 300+ concurrent clients, making it a flexible solution for business and multi-user wireless networks.

A single Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port provides network connectivity, while standard PoE power simplifies installation by carrying both data and power over one Ethernet cable. The U6+ consumes a maximum of only 9W.

WiFi 6 Performance

The U6+ uses 802.11ax WiFi 6 technology on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The 5 GHz radio supports a maximum PHY rate of up to 2.4 Gbps with 160 MHz channel width, while the 2.4 GHz radio supports up to 573.5 Mbps.

Simple PoE Installation

Power and data are delivered through a single Ethernet cable using PoE. With a maximum power consumption of only 9W, the U6+ can be powered by compatible UniFi PoE switches or a suitable PoE injector.

Flexible Wall or Ceiling Mounting

The compact 160 mm enclosure can be installed on either a wall or ceiling, and the required mounting hardware is included. Its understated UniFi design makes it suitable for offices, stores, homes, and other finished indoor spaces.
