Intellinet 525831 AC1300 Dual-Band Gigabit PoE Indoor Access Point and Router
The Intellinet 525831 provides indoor wireless connectivity for offices, shops and other business environments. Access Point, Router and WDS operating modes support different network layouts, while desktop, wall and ceiling installation options simplify placement.
Simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi supports compatible devices on both frequency bands. IEEE 802.11ac Wave 2 and MU-MIMO help serve multiple wireless clients efficiently.

Connectivity and Power
Connect the WAN port to a modem when using router mode, or to the existing network when using access point mode. For PoE installation, connect a standards-compliant power source to the WAN/PoE input port. With a non-PoE network connection, use the included power adapter.
Network Management
Deploy the unit independently or integrate it with the separately available Intellinet 525749 Wireless Access Point Management Controller.

Compatible Products
Centralized management requires the supported Intellinet controller. PoE installation requires an IEEE standards-compliant switch or injector connected to the WAN/PoE PD port.
- Intellinet 525749 Wireless Access Point Management Controller – explicitly listed by the manufacturer as compatible with the 525831.
- Intellinet 560641 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch – provides IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Connect a powered switch port to the access point's WAN/PoE PD port and maintain sufficient total switch power budget.
Important: The 525831 receives PoE power; it is not a PoE injector or a power source for other devices. IEEE 802.3at PoE+ is the recommended purchasing specification because it is explicitly listed in the manufacturer's power table. Do not substitute a passive PoE supply without explicit manufacturer approval.
