Intellinet 561099 8-Port Gigabit Web-Smart Switch
The Intellinet 561099 adds eight 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 connections to a wired network, with browser-based controls for managing traffic and organizing connected devices. It is designed for desktop installations in small offices, home offices and workgroups.
VLAN and QoS functions help administrators separate network traffic and prioritize selected services. The fanless metal housing provides quiet operation, making the switch suitable for workspaces where equipment noise matters.

Gigabit Connectivity
Connect computers, printers, network storage and other Ethernet equipment. Auto-negotiation selects a supported link speed, while Auto-MDIX accommodates straight-through or crossover Ethernet cables. Use suitable Cat5e or Cat6 cabling for Gigabit connections.
Network Management
The browser interface provides access to port settings, VLAN configuration, traffic prioritization and monitoring tools. Port mirroring helps inspect traffic, while cable diagnostics and loop prevention assist with network maintenance.
Power and Installation
The switch uses an internal AC power supply and the included power cable. Its Ethernet connections carry data; this model does not provide PoE power to connected equipment. Devices requiring power must use their own supported power source.

Compatible Products
The Intellinet 561099 connects to equipment supporting 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX or 1000BASE-T Ethernet. Gigabit operation requires a Gigabit-capable device and suitable Cat5e or Cat6 cabling.

Important: The 561099 does not supply PoE. An access point, IP camera or VoIP phone requiring PoE needs a separate compatible injector or another manufacturer-supported power source. Verify the endpoint's power requirements before installation.
VLAN tagging and port aggregation require matching configuration on the connected equipment. An Ethernet connection alone does not establish compatibility for every advanced network function.
