L-com HG2414DP-090 2.4 GHz 14 dBi Dual-Polarized Sector Antenna
The L-com HG2414DP-090 is an outdoor sector panel antenna for 2.4 GHz wireless networks. It combines 14 dBi gain with nominal 90° sector coverage for service-provider sites, public hotspots and other directional coverage applications.
Its dual-feed design provides separate horizontal and vertical polarizations through two integral N-female connectors. This arrangement supports suitable polarization-diversity and MIMO radio configurations when both feeds are connected correctly.

Dual-Polarized RF Design
The antenna uses cross-dipole elements with a separate RF connection for each polarization. For a two-chain MIMO installation, connect each antenna feed to the appropriate radio chain using suitable coaxial cables. Radio configuration and antenna-chain mapping must follow the radio manufacturer's instructions.
Sector Coverage
The directional pattern concentrates coverage toward an intended service area. Mechanical downtilt helps installers aim the antenna. Coverage distance depends on the complete link, including radio performance, installation height, cable losses, obstructions and interference.
RF Connectivity
Each antenna port accepts a standard N-male connector. Select 50-ohm feed cables suitable for the operating frequency and radio interface. The two RF ports carry separate polarization feeds; they are not Ethernet connections.
Outdoor Construction
The fiberglass radome protects the antenna elements during outdoor use. The supplied mounting assembly supports mast installation and aiming. Weatherproof exposed coaxial connections and provide appropriate grounding and surge protection for the installation.
