The NetPoint NP-PRO is a two-pack of NPPROS twist-on parabolic antennas, identified by manufacturer part number NPPRO5-S-DP-1FT. Each antenna operates across 4.9–6.4 GHz and provides frequency-dependent gain of 25–27 dBi for directional wireless links.
Designed for compatible Mimosa twist-on radios, the antenna combines dual-slant ±45° polarization with a narrow directional beam. Applications include point-to-point backhaul, WISP customer connections and public-safety wireless links.

Directional RF Performance
The manufacturer specifies an 8.2° VPOL beamwidth, an 8.0° HPOL beamwidth and a 40 dB front-to-back ratio. These directional characteristics support focused links when antennas are correctly aligned.
Link performance depends on the selected radios, channel, transmit power, interference, path clearance and installation. Antenna gain does not represent a data-throughput rating.
Twist-On Radio Connection
The twist-on interface connects directly to supported Mimosa modular radios without an external RF jumper in that configuration. It is not a universal threaded RF connector; connectorized radios require a separately verified adapter arrangement.
Outdoor Installation
The NPPROS includes a radome and supports azimuth and elevation adjustment. The manufacturer specifies an operating temperature range of -45°C to +60°C and mounting compatibility with mast diameters from 1 to 2.75 inches.

- Mimosa B5x Modular Backhaul Radio — 100-00109 – manufacturer-confirmed twist-on compatibility for directional backhaul installations within the shared operating band.
Important: Direct compatibility applies to the specified twist-on interface. Do not substitute Mimosa C5c, B5c or other connectorized radios without a verified adapter and RF connection arrangement. Power supplies and PoE injectors must match the selected radio; this passive antenna does not determine the radio's power requirements.
