Ubiquiti POE-24-12W 24V 12W Passive PoE Injector
The Ubiquiti POE-24-12W is a compact 24V passive PoE injector designed to provide power and Ethernet connectivity to compatible Ubiquiti airMAX radios, CPE devices, wireless bridges, and other networking equipment that supports 24V passive PoE.
It delivers 24V DC at 0.5A for a total output of 12W and uses two-pair passive PoE on pins 4,5 (+) and 7,8 (-). The adapter supports 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and includes remote reset capability for compatible Ubiquiti devices.
Built-in surge and clamping protection helps protect connected networking equipment from electrical transients and electrostatic discharge. When properly grounded and used with suitable Ethernet cabling, the POE-24-12W is a practical replacement or spare power supply for WISP, ISP, outdoor wireless, and point-to-point installations.

24V Passive PoE for Ubiquiti airMAX Equipment
The POE-24-12W provides fixed 24V passive PoE without an IEEE 802.3af/at negotiation process. It should only be connected to devices that explicitly support 24V passive PoE and require no more than 12W of input power.
Surge and ESD Protection
Outdoor wireless radios are often exposed to electrical surges and electrostatic discharge. The POE-24-12W includes surge, clamping, and pulse protection to help protect compatible equipment when used as part of a properly grounded installation.

Important: The POE-24-12W does not provide Gigabit Ethernet. For compatible Ubiquiti devices with Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, use a Gigabit 24V passive PoE injector such as the Ubiquiti POE-24-12W-G when full Gigabit data throughput is required.
