D-Link DGS-1026MP 26-Port Gigabit Unmanaged PoE+ Switch
The D-Link DGS-1026MP combines Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and Power over Ethernet for business networks. Its 24 PoE-capable RJ45 ports connect and power compatible wireless access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones, while two Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo uplinks provide copper or fiber connection options.
With a shared 370 W PoE budget and support for IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, this unmanaged switch simplifies installations that need multiple powered devices. Plug-and-play operation makes it suitable for offices, retail locations, classrooms and surveillance networks.

Gigabit Connectivity
Use the 24 access ports for compatible powered devices or ordinary Ethernet equipment, including computers, printers and network storage. Each combo uplink offers a choice between an RJ45 copper connection and an SFP connection using a supported transceiver. The two interfaces within each combo pair share one logical port.
Power over Ethernet
Compatible devices receive data and power through one Ethernet cable. The 370 W budget is shared across all 24 PoE ports; the switch cannot supply 30 W to every PoE port simultaneously. Plan the installation around each device's maximum PoE requirement and cable losses.
Simple Operation and Cooling
The unmanaged design supports straightforward network expansion without a switch management interface. PWM fan control adjusts cooling to system requirements. The switch uses active cooling and should be installed with adequate ventilation.
Uplink Compatibility
Fiber connections require separately selected compatible Gigabit SFP transceivers and matching fiber cabling. The B1 datasheet specifies forced 1 Gbps operation for the combo ports and recommends configuring their link partners to forced 1 Gbps for proper connectivity.

Compatible Products
For powered Ethernet connections, use devices that explicitly support IEEE 802.3af or IEEE 802.3at and fit within the switch's per-port limit and shared 370 W PoE budget. Connect powered devices to ports 1 through 24.
- Ubiquiti UAP-NanoHD-US UniFi nanoHD Access Point – Supports IEEE 802.3af PoE, uses one Gigabit RJ45 uplink and has a maximum power consumption of 10.5 W. Connect directly to a PoE access port; an inline injector is unnecessary.
- D-Link DEM-310GT Gigabit SFP Transceiver – Listed by D-Link for the B1 switch; supports 1000BASE-LX single-mode fiber connections up to 10 km.
- D-Link DEM-311GT Gigabit SFP Transceiver – Listed by D-Link for the B1 switch; supports 1000BASE-SX multimode fiber connections up to 550 m, subject to the fiber specification.
Important: This switch provides standards-based PoE/PoE+, not a selectable 24 V passive PoE output. Do not directly power devices that require passive PoE only, IEEE 802.3bt PoE++, or more power than an IEEE 802.3at port can deliver. The combo uplinks do not provide PoE.
Fiber requirements: Match the transceiver, remote optical interface, fiber type and optical budget. A matching SFP form factor alone does not establish compatibility. Confirm the switch hardware revision before selecting modules; the listed optical options are documented for B1.
Management: The UniFi nanoHD still requires its own UniFi management environment. The DGS-1026MP supplies Ethernet connectivity and power; it does not act as a UniFi controller.
