NetPoint NP1-Gen2 2-Foot Dual-Polarized Parabolic Antenna
The NetPoint NP1-Gen2, also identified as NP5-DP-2FT, is a directional parabolic antenna for connectorized wireless radios. It operates from 4.9 to 6.4 GHz and provides gain up to 30 dBi for point-to-point backhaul and directional subscriber links.
Its narrow radiation pattern concentrates RF energy toward the remote endpoint. Dual polarization supports compatible two-chain radio systems, while the included N-to-RP-SMA jumpers provide connections to suitable connectorized radios.

Directional Performance
Published beamwidths are 6.0° for vertical polarization and 6.2° for horizontal polarization. Accurate alignment is important when establishing the link. The specified front-to-back ratio is 38 dB.
Radio Connectivity
Connect both antenna ports to a compatible dual-chain radio using the appropriate RF jumpers. Match polarization at both ends and select an operating channel supported by the antenna, radio and local deployment requirements.
Outdoor Installation
The antenna includes mechanical aiming adjustments for pole-mounted installations.
Important: This is a passive antenna. A compatible radio is required separately. Its frequency coverage does not establish radio support for every channel between 4.9 and 6.4 GHz.

Compatible Products
Use a connectorized radio with a supported operating channel inside 4.9–6.4 GHz and an appropriate dual-polarization configuration. The supplied RP-SMA-male radio-side connections require RP-SMA-female radio ports.
- Mimosa C5c EF Connectorized Radio — 100-00018-01 – NetPoint identifies the C5c as a compatible combination. The C5c supports 2x2 MIMO, two RP-SMA-female antenna ports and operation within the antenna's frequency range, subject to country and operating-mode restrictions.
Important: Connect both RF chains with the correct jumpers. A direct clip-on mounting fit has not been confirmed; mount the radio separately if required. Radio power and PoE requirements are independent of this passive antenna.
The C5c's extended PTMP operation above 6.2 GHz requires the appropriate A5/A5c access-point variant. Verify the radio's regional availability and permitted channels before deployment.
