Managed through the UniFi Access application, the G3 Intercom allows administrators to control users, visitors, credentials, door access events, and entry requests from the UniFi ecosystem. It supports multiple unlock methods including NFC cards or keyfobs, PIN access, Touch Pass, QR code credentials, and mobile unlock through UniFi Identity.

The UA-G3-Intercom helps modernize entry access by combining video intercom, doorbell, credential reader, visitor directory, and access request functionality in one UniFi-managed device. Visitors can request entry directly from the touchscreen interface, while authorized users can unlock doors using supported credentials or mobile access methods.
Built for Indoor and Outdoor Access Control
With an IP65-rated enclosure and operating temperature support from -30°C to 60°C, the G3 Intercom is designed for demanding access points exposed to weather, heat, cold, and daily traffic. The display operates from -25°C to 60°C, with core device functions remaining available even when the display turns off outside its operating range. Because apparently even touchscreens have survival instincts.
